The equipment is used for the internal and external polishing of different vessel heads, including conical, spherical-crown, spherical, dished, pressure-vessel, special-shaped, stainless-steel elliptical and standard heads.
Purpose
It is designed for grinding and polishing the inner and outer surfaces of industrial heads made from different materials.
Working principle and structure
A grinding wheel or polishing wheel contacts the workpiece surface to grind and polish the inner surface, outer surface and weld seams, improving the surface finish of the workpiece. The machine tool consists mainly of mechanical assemblies and an electrical-control system.
