- Before brown rice enters the feed hopper, check for metal objects and stones to prevent damage to the grinding wheel.
- After milling, pull out the front rotating block and remove any bran remaining in the milling chamber so that it does not affect the accuracy of the next sample.
- Determine the sample quantity and milling time according to the brown-rice variety and required milling degree. A low-degree sample is generally 17-18 g with a shorter milling time; a high-degree sample can be about 20 g with a longer milling time.
- After prolonged use or processing high-moisture brown rice, bran may adhere to the grinding wheel and reduce milling performance. Disconnect the power, remove the grinding wheel with the proper tool, clean it with a wire brush and reinstall it correctly before use.
